Exchange and return of goods

1. The goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

2. We can offer other options and exchange the product for another or you can get your money back.

3. The goods must be in the original undamaged packaging, undamaged, unused, not soiled, with the original labels. In others, we reserve the right not to refund.

4. The cost of sending the returned goods shall be borne by the customer.

5. We only refund the price of the goods, not the shipping fee.

6. If the goods were sent on our account and everything was returned, we will have to deduct the shipping costs of 3.50 EUR 

7. DISCOUNTED GOODS ARE NOT EXCHANGED AND NON-RETURNED.

Please return the goods to the LP EXPRESS ATM at Vilnius, Gariūnų str.66 (LIDL PC), indicating tel. +370 689 54 878.

Be sure to email. send info parcel registration number and your order number according to which you return the goods by e-mail info@bdvaikams.lt. Also write down where you want to change or where to return the money.

After receiving the goods, we will refund you within 14 working days.
